Today I:

• Tried out tricycles at Toys R’ Us
• Got a hair cut
• Told mom to “drop it like it’s hot from the treetop”
• Painted the walls with blackberry juice
• Used mommy as a slide (I may have passed gas in the process..)

• Woke up early so that I could take a long nap.
• Ate three blueberry scones (the ones with sugar on top).
• Helped Rocket fly.
• Learned to appreciate the letter K.
• Hung out with f’aunties Sarah and Allison.
• Watched Nemo again (while providing my own sound effects).

• Woke up saying “butt” (which means “pacifier” for all you ignoramuses).
• Used waterwings for the first time (viva la watery independence!).
• Drank more than my fair share of pool water.
• Tried one of mama’s fiendish Sudokus (but my Pollock strategy didn’t work too well).

• Ate with my left hand while coloring with my right (I enjoy confusing everyone about which hand is dominant).
• Helped mommy put away the dishes (pots and pans too!).
• Colored in mommy’s Sudoku book.
• Swam with daddy (I love pointing out the birdies as they fly overhead).
• Took apart my first mechanical pencil.
• Read my firefly book with daddy (ooo, blinky).

• Woke up especially early.
• Went to the pool with f’aunty Allison.
• Got a boo boo on my knee.
• Threw away lint from the dryer.
• Flossed my teeth for an hour.
• Danced to a harmonica that needs batteries.

• Ate a piece of pizza (olives!).
• Showed dad how I can slide all by myself.
• Pointed out the Moon to dad as we walked to the park.
• Played soccer until a stick distracted me.
